Fully-sustainable and with zero carbon emission, we established in London in 2008 and have moved from strength to strength to work for clients globally on a range of projects – large and small.

Giulio

After studying Sociology at the University of Rome and Design at Central St Martins College, Giulio started his career working on the foundation of the trend forecasting website WGSN. He went on to found GEM and work as a photographer and art director for brands and magazines around the world. Often torn between Judo wrestling and meditation, you can find him also on www.gmazzarini.com

Designer

Arianna

Arianna studied Architecture at the prestigious Politecnico of Milan and she is skilled in every kind of graphic arts – from drawings to digital work. She divides her work between architecture, graphic design and art direction.

Brand Management Specialist

Marta

Marketing communication and brand management specialist with experience in the Art world and Fashion industry. Marta has worked as communications manager developing integrated communications strategies combining multiple marketing channels. Very keen on brand-building experience and storytelling.

Art Director

Rosie

Rosie is our Art Director, with over 10 years experience in producing distinctive communications for international brands and broadcasters. She presently specialises in creating integrated visual identities and campaigns, across both art direction & copywriting. She holds an MFA Fine Art from the Ruskin School of Art, and works with the Mastered Art Direction accelerator course.

Design Intern

Lila

Lila is our design intern, visiting from the USA. She is currently working towards her BS in advertising at Boston University.
Creative Assistant

Alya

Alya works as a freelance creative assistant specialising in photography and graphic design. She’s currently completing her masters in Art and Politics and holds a BA in Graphic Design Communication from the University of the Arts London.

Marketing Strategist

Francesca

Marketing and branding expert Francesca graduated from the prestigious Bocconi University with expertise across brand building and creative storytelling, along with a particular focus on digital marketing strategy for the luxury and fashion industries. A board member and COO of many successful on-line ventures, Francesca has worked closely to CEOs in planning and executing strategies as a marketing professional and has co-founded privategriffe.com, a leading fashion resale platform.

Web Developer

Emanuel

Emanuel is a Senior Digital Developer with great experience in Web Development, Client Support and Project Management. In his spare time, he loves Virtual Reality, Role Games and running.

Copywriter

Phil

Our talented writer has worked as creative director and copywriter in the fields of advertising and marketing for over 20 years, helping clients to deliver persuasive messages to their various audiences. He also delivers training workshops in copywriting and marketing communications, as well as consultancy and creative services.
